Newly remodelled hotel with free Wi-Fi and pretty friendly and incredibly nice staff. Thoroughly enjoyed full English breakfast at 8.50. Location next to other transport, tube station and good eateries.

The welcome when we arrived , the help we were given by the owner at all times, the advice on where to eat, the location was very good. Its good to see someonw with a smile on their faces. Breakfast was good and prompt.
The stairs was a big draw back especially been at the top floor I feel these rooms should be let to younger people as one of our party did have ahip problem 61 steps is rather a lot, we'rem probably much fitter for the experiance.

The location only.
Very very very small rooms walls dirty bed broken sink blocked etc etc. Really in need of a refurbishment staff only speak poor English and gave little knowledge about London. No lift and lots of steps to room that has no air con and a small old fashioned tv.

The best thing about this hotel is the location it's very close to the tube station and 5 mins walk from Hyde park, and felt safe to walk around the area at night. perfect place to stay if you are going to a concert at the albert hall. staff are very nice.
Beds were not that comfortable but ok for a couple of nights, and curtains a bit rubbish, would advise taking an eye mask if u like it dark.

good position for my purposes, pleasant and welcoming, and efficient staff and a good breakfast
Room very tired and cold in temperature and ambience; could have done with a makeover.

Very good location for Paddington Station, my room (#4 just behind reception) was quiet. Reception friendly and helpful.
The room was very very basic (not a complaint - just an fyi), shower stall had some mildew and two out of four lamps in the room didn't work. All of the above was not a problem for me as I just wanted an inexpensive place to stay to get to Paddington Station early in the morning.
